New York Governor declares a "State Emergency" to deal with the swine flu

Gov. Paterson has declared a state emergency to deal with the swine flu.The declaration allows health care professionals including pharmacists, dentists and midwives to administer vaccinations for the H1N1 virus so long as they receive proper training.Paterson spokesman Morgan Hook said the governor signed the declaration Wednesday at the request of local health officials. It states that the swine flu has caused at least 75 deaths but “the true magnitude of cases may be as much as 10 percent of the population or more in some areas.”

PS:The flu "has caused at least 75 deaths locally....BUT the true magnitude MAY BE as much as 10% of the population or more in some areas...."
Where is the proof that effectively those deaths were caused by H1N1....?the "MAY BE" is not an emough EXCUSE for this measure...
Sounds more like broad eugenics unfolding....
As in the days of Noah....
